- Instant-pay architecture integration.
- Ongoing managed infrastructure and maintenance.
We strive to provide high-quality services but do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Service Engagement
To engage our Services, you may be required to complete an intake questionnaire, book a consultation, or enter into a separate service agreement. You are responsible for:

Our Deliverables: Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the deliverables (your Authority Gateway) for your business purposes. The underlying systems, frameworks, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of MH Labs.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MH Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Services.
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services.
- Results or outcomes of your business arising from the use of our deliverables.
In no event shall MH Labs' total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or client acquisition results from the use of our Services or deliverables.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your engagement by providing written notice through our website's support form.
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
- Any outstanding fees remain due and payable.
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and disclaimer of warranties) shall survive.
